Cancellation Policy

We require that our clients give us a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (this includes canceling a service upon arrival)

We will require a CREDIT CARD upon booking spa packages & specific services. A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit will be charged for:

  • last minute cancellations
  • no shows
  • last minute service changes upon arrival
  • LATE ARRIVALS that require us to shorten your appointment or make cancellations due to tardiness

Please to avoid this hassle, we ask that you make any changes to your appointment ahead of time and kindly arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
